IRIS Personal Valet offers the user access to all the hotels offerings and facilities, plus energy management control, as well as other extremely useful information regarding local attractions, bars and restaurants etc in a ‘self service’, ‘On-Demand’ tactile way that is unique to IRIS. Its solution is based around a bespoke, wireless touch-screen device that allows the user to be in control at all times.
Not only can the guest communicate with the hotel – in their language of choice, as IRIS PV is multilingual and translates live between guest and hotel – but the hotel staff can send relevant messages back to the guest via their own touch-screen LCD panels in the various back room locations.
